Like a Moroccan art festival come to life in San Clemente, Angel Wings lured April and I in from across the street. A mirage of colored crystal, brass and copper chandelier lamps hung from the ceiling creating a warm glow like the Saharan sun. I'm one of THOSE people who likes to touch things...yes, it sounds funny...but if you're like me, textures scream to be fondled and I was in heaven! Every inch of this large boutique is filled with SOMETHING interesting, from clothing and jewelry to candles, frames, cards, books and shoes. Literally you could spend all day in Angel Wings and still not see it all.

Ruffled neckline halter dresses from BB Dakota (their slogan is "big fashion at small prices"), Flirty and Boho embroidered dresses from MM Couture, must have cotton basics from famous Hollywood designer Bobi and a rich selection of FREE PEOPLE cardigans, crocheted dresses, tie dye tanks and tops drape rough wooden cabinets and benches. Vintage style ornate rings from Ollypop, Dolce Vita pumps and flats, Voluspa scents and candles, denim from Street and Miss Me and an ample variety of purses and jewelry for you savvy recessionistas at Angel Wings.

In my boutiquing experience, boutiques either have great clothing & accessories OR... great gifts, products & home decor...rarely both. Thank you Angel Wings for creating a boutique where we can find a perfect something for ourselves AND a perfect something for any one of our friends on any occasion. While shopping, we over heard a woman raving about their adorable gift wrapping...and it's FREE!

So in a shopping nut shell...Erin's metallic earrings $12, April's multi-chain necklace & earring set $21, a glorious boutiquing experience at Angel Wings...Priceless! :)
