Our biggest thrill here at Boutiquing.com comes when we discover a new boutique that is so amazing we can't wait to tell our friends about it. Our latest find came by way of facebook - all the way from Maryland! One look at the unique and affordable accessories at Lilac Bijoux, and we could not wait to share. Their website is easy to shop, and their products are updated often, so even those of us on the west coast can enjoy the bounty of this bauble filled boutique.
This week, Lilac Bijoux is giving one "lucky liker" a gorgeous and soft vegan leather bag in a breathtaking and statement making shade of ocean blue. This roomy bag is 15x12 and will perfectly fit all your summer essentials without any unsightly overflow.
Initial necklaces are flying off their shelves, go mod with type set styles by local designer Lotus, or ornate with wax stamp replicas by Waxing Poetic. Make sure you check out their fab facebook page - these ladies have some great conversations going on, and you always get the first glimpse at the latest pieces to arrive!
The Collective Boutique - San Clemente, Orange County Boutique Pique
By: April Madigan @Boutiquing
Set the Scene: Some of our favorite boutique shopping experiences happen when we stumble upon an unknown designer with that "it" factor. The Collective Boutique brings together 4 independent designers with lots of loveliness filled to the brim with "it". Blending the beautiful bags of Moda Viajando, sultry swimwear by Kai La Mare, updated vintage from Kult, and precious knit accessories from Purl, this boutique left me with that satisfied, "look what I discovered" feeling that I was eager to share. Oh, and did I mention that these collections all retail for well under $100? Enjoy the coastal breeze blowing in the front door, the cool serene surroundings, and stock up on treasures for yourself and your best buds who are impossible to shop for!

$85 Black Corset Bracelet from designer: Liz Larios
Our passion for unique jewelry is unparalleled, and once we set our eyes upon the delightful designs of Liz Larios, we knew our fight to be frugal was over. Natural stone, luxurious leather, and dangly chains create combinations that are eye catching and catapult your "cool" to the next level. Our jewelry boxes (ok, TRUNKS - who are we kidding ;) are now full of Liz Larios lovelies and every time we wear a piece, people stop us on the streets because they too are wowed by her dazzling designs.
This week Liz Larios is rewarding one Boutiquing.com "lucky liker" with a tryst for her wrist. The Black Corset Bracelet is made with high polish Rhodium and woven leather and a faceted onyx stone caged in a Rhodium dangle. This bracelet goes far beyond "Like"... this is LOVE!!!
Nicolette - Laurel Heights, San Francisco Boutique Pique
By: Erica @Boutiquing
Set the Scene: Clean. Crisp. Casual and cool. Words keep rolling to the tip of my tongue when I wander into Nicolette on Sacramento Street because the style is so perfectly defined... and so perfectly me. The owner owns casual chic like it's her job - oh yeah, it is. Even the layout says "effortless cool" as it guides you around the well-lit space and bright white walls. But, like any master of trying-to-look-like-you-didn't-try-at-all, there is a perfectly poised accent to every ensemble: they change up the tissue paper to match a highlighted color on the racks! The stars aligned on this day as the vibrant wrapping mimicked the neon yellow Ali Ro anorak I had already gushed over.
Labels We Love: From everyday dresses to the lightweight layer you never even knew you needed until Shakti (sales goddess extraordinaire) slips it on you, Nicolette has your familiar faves and unexpected unknowns. Monrow, Theory, Joie, Twelfth Street and Vince are no-brainers and Haute Hippie, Elizabeth and James, Mara Hoffman, Kain and Minnie Rose add some flirty flair. J Brand and Current/Elliott provide the backbone of everyday ease.
Prepare to Pay: CLOTHING: $44 layering basics from Isda & Co up to around $500 for fabulous dresses/jackets HANDBAGS: $200 to $450 for phenomenal Foley & Corinna ACCESSORIES: around $65 and up for hats, scarves and ANYTHING UNDER $80? Tees, tanks, and outfit toppings of all kinds.
Summed Up in Sentence: If your dream digs are tailored tees and cozy cardigans but you don't want to sacrifice your style, Nicolette needs to be your new best friend.
