Last night the "orange" carpet was laid out for us at the 2009 Blog Awards presented by Just-Spotted. We were greeted by a huge old skool orange photo booth box from Capital Photo Booths and lets just say there was a lot of giggling behind the orange curtain ;)

The lovely ladies at Just-Spotted created an fabulously fun interactive party evening at WowzVille in Laguna Hills. After seeing this amazing hi-tech childrens birthday party facility, April and I secretly wished we were 7 again so we could twirl around in the feather boas, crystal clad tiaras while "chanting we believe in Fairies" in the Fairyland interactive room (we contemplated a sleep over with all the plush bean bags). Glass jars of massive, bright colored gumballs wrapped with orange gingham ribbon lined the walk ways, retro style soda pop bottles so cute I wanted to take them home, adorably dainty cupcakes with globs of frosting and sprinkles from Baby Cakes and Dippin' Dots ice cream satisfied our sweet tooth's as we mingled with the creme de la creme of OC's blog community. From putting faces to Twitter names to learning about time saving i-Phone Apps (my fave: Walkee - for you Disneyland fans, it tells you how long the lines are for each ride! check out more from OC Mom Activities) the evening was filled with wonder and excitement.
