Adrift Boutique - Rare and Reliable

Located on the street side of PCH in South Laguna, Adrift boutique is a banquet of basics for an anything BUT basic look. Immediately, I was drawn to the juxtaposition of rare AND reliable in Adrift's clothing and decor. Clean, structured, modern lines contrasted with natural, organic, hand picked, pieces of drift wood, gave this boutique a serene and spa like vibe where all feel comfortable.

When objects are "Adrift" they float around, and that's just the feeling I felt inside this quaint boutique. U2 flowed through the speakers and I found myself doing several repeat trips around Adrift because I kept eying stylish basics with a slight twist that could be great wardrobe staples. Bright tops and bold hued dresses from Poppy Garden (they look like they should be 3x's their $50 price tag), sexy cotton tube jumpsuits and perfect for layering wraps from Frenzii are just a few of the pieces you can rely on Adrift to stock in the season's trendiest color palettes.

I've said before how I like basics for the numerous outfits you can create using accessories, well Adrift is just the spot to pile on, combine and collage your style sense with a sea of jewelry, handbags and belt options. Heirloom-esque coin jewelry necklaces, multi chain and leather wrap watch bracelets from La Mer, hip hugging and waist slimming Linea Pelle belts, and studded soft leather bracelets scream try me on for a one of a kind twist to any ensemble.

If the name Adrift sounds familiar, that's because they've been featured in Lucky Magazine several times, most recently for their stunning beaded vest from Chan Luu (as if I didn't love her enough from her jewelry designs). Abundantly stocked pieces from Paul & Joe (I'm mildly obsessed with their exposed zipper skirts), IT and Ksubi denim are a sure hit. Stop into Adrift for a casual boutiquing experience, gentle suggestions and jewelry with personality... and float out happy as clam!
