Hot new designer, Chelsea Monroe, debuts for the first time, her couture line of ultra feminine meets rock-n-roll cocktail, evening and event dresses. Inspired by SEX In The CITY and Patricia Fields, Chelsea is quickly getting known for her high fashion feel with a funky punch of fun and get this...she's only 17!

This event is extra special because in addition to Chelsea Monroe, 3 other young female entrepreneurs, all UNDER the age of 30, will be launching their businesses together for the first time while supporting a great cause helping women in Orange County!
